I finally got brave enough for Tom to teach me how to scuba dive. It was so cool. Well till i seen some huge fish I panicked and wanted back up to the surface lol But all and all a good day. We are going to go for more lessons today if the weather co-operates.



It was a lot of fun once i learned not to hyperventolate when i put my face under water and to breathe properly in the mouth piece.



He wants to teach me so that when we go on our road trip that we can go diving in a few spots.



I cant see me going down any father than maybe 25ft. He is certified and goes to places like 80ft and deeper but that is too far for me lol



I am still worried about putting the weights on to hold me down. Tom carries a lead belt that has over 100lbs on it and that scares me.



Plus we are going to have to get a smaller tank for me b/c he has big ones and it was too heavy for me.



I cant wait to go out again and i didnt think i would ever hear that come out of my mouth. Tom tried all last summer to get me to try and i was like NO WAY.



Ok i am done babbling now.......just excited about all my new adventures in my life.



Oh ya we have more new pics of our gardens up in our facebook.......there is a lot of roses up now and tomato plants have so many tomatoes on them already.

Wow I can’t believe it has been 5 years already on VR. It has been quite a ride that is for sure lol. Things have changed so much on here and in real life for me.



On VR things have changed so much and some are good and some are bad. I really miss the old crew and the way things used to be. It does not seem as close as it used to be. I think it is b/c everyone is spread out so much now and don’t have a chance to get close. I am lucky enough to have a great crew in our Coven. We are the first Coven on VR and still holding strong thanks to our dedicated staff and loyal members. We always promoted to be a family and we still stick by it. I am very proud of our members which are like my extended family.



In real life off of VR things have changed for me too in the past 5 years. Last Friday on the 11th of june we celebrated our 1st anniversary married to a terrific man. He has showed me what true love is all about. I cant believe it has been a year and we are still as much in love now as if not more from the time we married. For our 1st anniversary we are going to be going on a road trip the end of summer or whenever our garden is done (we worked too hard on it to leave it alone for too long hehe). Not sure how long we are going to take but we are going to start from Michigan and work our way to Vancouver Island to visit my daughter and pick up the rest of my stuff. We will be going thru the States on the way there and then head to Alaska and then we are going to head back home to Michigan thru Canada. I cant wait it is going to be so much fun. I am hoping to stop by and visit a few VR members and other friends from the net on the way. So if you are interested shoot me a message and we can see what we can do.



You would be surprised how much true happiness can change you. Tom has taught me that forgiveness and letting go of the past is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. Even against the ones that have hurt you most you just have to let it go and move on. I am so glad I have b/c I have never been happier in my life. i wish a few on here would do the same and they would realize how happy they could be too but I think they have not got to that part in their life yet and I hope they do someday so they can grow and move onto a better life of happiness and freedom of feeling good.



Don’t give up on your dreams b/c if I can find happiness and have my dreams come true so can you. The trick is to stop looking and be yourself no matter what. If they can’t love you for the true you then it is not worth it to be someone else. True happiness can’t be found only fake happiness for a while. Don’t just rely on what you think is your “soul mate” either b/c if I would of done that I would of never met Tom. He is totally the opposite that I would have looked for if I would of went to a dating site. So make sure you keep your mind open for all possibilities.



Anyway I want to thank all my VR family for being there for me in the good times and the bad times *hugs* It means a lot to me knowing that I have you here for me and I will always be there for you too. I look forward to many more years on VR and with my family here *smile*
